Getting married in Nevada
- No blood test.
- No waiting period.
- Marriage License Fee is $60.00.
Fee does not include a certified copy of the marriage certificate which is available for an additional $15.00. Fee is payable by cash, cashiers check, money order, Visa or Mastercard. - Applications are good for one year.
- Both parties must present themselves at one of the Douglas County Clerk's Offices. Appointments are not necessary during regular hours.

- Adults 18 and older; parental consent not needed but proof of age is required.
- l6-17 years old; either parent must be present or a notarized affidavit giving permission is necessary.
- If you lose the license prior to the ceremony, you will be charged $60.00 to reissue another license.
- Witness other than minister required at marriage ceremony.
- Previously divorced, divorce must be final where granted. Date, city and state where divorce occurred required, but it's not necessary to furnish divorce papers.
- Out-of-country, the same rules apply to you, nothing additional is required to marry. You do not need a marriage license from your country.

- Reservations are required and are based on availability.
- All reservations require a credit card guarantee to secure your space. Balloon Nevada accepts Visa, MasterCard, cash and local checks.
- There are no charges made to credit cards until after the flight has been completed!* At that time, you may pay any way you wish (Visa, MasterCard, cash, local check).
* Full fares are charged for failure to show up for a scheduled flight.
- Please give us at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling so that we may try to fill the space, or forfeit the 50% deposit.
- Cancellations must be done by telephone – 775-790-7572.
- If you do not show up for the pre-flight briefing or miss your flight we will charge the credit card we have on file 100% for your flight.
- Your flight may be canceled by our pilot on the day of the flight for weather or any safety concerns by the pilot. Pilot decision is FINAL.
- Should the scheduled flight be cancelled due to weather or our inability to complete the flight, you will have the option to reschedule.
- You must meet and check-in at the predetermined time.
- Every passenger must be able to step up/climb into the basket
- Please let us know if there is anyone who weighs more than 230 lbs. in your party at the time of booking. (Please be honest as we don't "charge by the pound.")
- For insurance purposes, all passengers are required to read and sign an Acknowledgement of Personal Responsibility form (available as PDF).
- Pregnant women, or women that may be pregnant may NOT fly. No exceptions.
- Anyone with back, knee or hip problems, or has had recent surgery, or can't stand up for at least an hour may NOT fly.
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- No children under the age of 7 or under 42" tall may fly.
